Getting to know novelist Sarah King

Hello! My name is Sarah King and I am an author with TouchPoint’s Romance division. I currently live in Annapolis, MD with my husband, Robert, and our two adorable minions (aka our children). Writing came naturally to me early, starting at eight years old. My first stories were based on a parrot detective solving crimes. (LOL) I made my switch to romance after reading and falling in love with the genre. There are so many talented authors in this field and I’m thrilled to be a part of it. The first book I wrote, Blue Twilight, literally came to me in a dream. It woke me up in the middle of the night and I had to get up and start writing. That still happens now, but I’ve grown smarter and now keep my phone handy for any late night ideas.

Besides writing, I enjoy coloring (those adult coloring books are addictive!) and adding to my extensive music collection. Music is a huge inspiration to me while writing and most of my books have “theme songs” or their own playlists! And now onto my books!

My first book was Blue Twilight and it is a sweet, standalone romance with a country music theme.
