An Army veteran, Dan Doeden attended college on the G.I. Bill, where he learned to love books, and earned a PhD from Northwestern University, studying such subjects as media communications, journalism, advertising and art. He went on to teach at the University of Illinois/Chicago. These days, he works as a business consultant and continues working on his writing. He is the author of Leverage, published by Gale/Cengage’s Five Star imprint, as well as the Amazon Kindle eBook, The Crux Ansata.
