
Joan Moran is an author, motivational speaker and an expert on health and wellness, and a former drug counselor. She teaches management, employees and business leaders how to think creatively, implement innovative ideas, adapt to change, achieve work-life balance, and life a life of optimum wellness. She has developed the idea of stretching the mind at any age into an art form.
Joan combines 25 years of theater experience, teaching, and writing textbooks on acting. She founded and was the artistic director of Nevada’s first professional year-round theater. After attending the American Film Institute, she became aa screenwriter and producer.

Joan’s idea of a happy life is to roam the world dancing Argentine tango or settling into an Austin Honky Tonk and dance all night in her cowboy boots. She is the writer of many screenplays during her 15 years in Hollywood; author of her humorous and incisive memoir, 60, Sex & Tango: Confessions of a Beatnik Boomer, I’m The Boss of Me! Stay Sexy, Smart & Smart At Any Age, and Women Obsessed. Her latest novel, An Accidental Cuban, is in development for a streaming series with Creative Projects Group in Los Angeles.
